SILENCE- PATHTO YOURSELF

Just like clear water can not be obtained from mud unless it is allowed to sit for sometime. similarly, unless you allow all your emotions and thoughts to settle down, you can not see the inner self and silence is something which allows you to cut off the supply to your emotions and thoughts so that they have no other option than to lay dormant. Hence you can see the things clearly and realize who you are.

ABOUT THE RETREAT

The retreat aims to help all those who want to take a break from the hustles of life and are willing to listen to their own self. This will help you to get closer to yourself and understand yourself better.

WHEN IS THE RETREAT

The retreat is available for one, three, five, seven, eleven, fourteen and twenty one days. The dates are announced on the website and other accounts accordingly.

SCHEDULE

  • 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM        - Yoga session

  • 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM        - Spa- if opted for. (charges of spa will be additional)

  • 9:30 AM                             - Breakfast 

  • 10:00 AM                           - Introduction and initiation into silence  

  • 1:00 PM                              - Lunch 

  • 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM         - Spa- if opted for. (charges of spa will be additional)

  • 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM         - Yoga session 

  • 5:00 PM                             - Evening Tea/ Refreshment/ Walk

  • 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM         - Evening prayers and meditation

  • 8:00 PM                             - Dinner 

 

 

NOTE: At Anmol Alayam we observe fasting from grains on all Ekadashis (i.e. eleventh day of the lunar calendar)
