ABOUT ANMOL
Born and brought up in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. I had been a convent student which automatically created an inclination towards science and a suspicion for the typical ancient Indian sciences like Ayurveda, Yoga and even our own Sanatan lifestyle but thanks to my grandmother because of whom, I was always in touch with the religion and the cultural practices and slowly I developed a deep love for my culture, but due to lack of any link between the modern day practices and modern terminologies and the ancient Indian traditions and sciences, I always saw them as some myth but still I was attracted towards them. I was longing to find those links and wanted to get deeper into our culture and discover its hidden mysteries. This lead me to explore the scriptures at a very early age. By the age of thirteen I had studied Bhagwant Gita twice and was indulged in the regular recitations of it.
But later when I graduated from DCAC (University of Delhi), I felt a kind of standstill in my life where I had no direction to go. Somehow, I got few of the ancient scriptures which talked about some of the mysteries of the universe. But as normally people think, my parents wanted me to have a normal life, trying to pursue for government jobs that is pretty common in a middle class Indian family. Somehow escaping all that I entered the field of Yoga in 2019 when I enrolled for my first certification course in Yoga, which revived all the interest I had in the culture. Within a month, by the grace of God, I got to learn so many secrets of yoga through various Yogic texts and then I started to undertake self studies and researches in the classical texts like Ayurveda, Yoga, Puranas, Tantra, etc. By the grace of God, I got in touch with various enlightened spiritual masters just to name few, Sadguru Sri Jaggi Vasudev, Dr. Sri Vasant D Lad, Swami Om, Swami Shivananda Saraswati, Swami Satyanand Saraswati, Lahiri Mahashaya, Trailang Swami and many more. From their writings, talks, many doors of the spiritual wisdom were opened to me and especially with the help of Dr. Vasant D Lad I was able to find a link or a bridge between the modern terminology and the ancient Indian sciences.

The pandemic of 2019 gave me a brilliant opportunity to take an in depth study of the scriptures and strengthen my practise. I started teaching meditation and Ayurveda at an Online platform wchich gave me exposure to a larger audience and made me realise how much people need this ancient knowledge. At that particular time I happened to meet a wonderful mentor, Sri Rome, who helped me in several stages of spiritual and material life. She also happens to be my Sri Vidya teacher. Learning Sri Vidya helped me open get an entirely new perspective to life. Later on as a part of universe's plan I happened to meet another mentor of mine, Dr. Sampath Goud. With his guidence and constant support I was introduced to Advait Vedanta and understood life on a different level.

"But for me, listing out all these things do not matter, at my heart, I am and will always remain a student of Yoga and ancient Indian sciences, as, the deeper I get into it, the more I realize that there is lot more to learn and I still know nothing."
