YOGA

Whenever we hear the word yoga, the picture that comes to our mind is of a person doing some forms with his/ her body. But when we actually look into the yoga Sutras, yoga asanas are just one part of the vast ocean which forms merely one percent. But it is such a part which decides the further stages of spiritual progress.

Yoga asanas help us to keep our joints flexible which in turn keeps our mind flexible and open to new possibilities. There is a direct relationship between body's flexibility and our mental capacity. The flexible the body is, wider is the capacity off our mind to enter varied dimensions.

Not only this, but we hold different emotions in different parts of our body and with the help of stretching we can release various suppressed emotions.
