Ayurveda offers very simple yet highly effective detoxification ways best suited to your schedule and your taste buds. depending upon the 'Prakruti' (Ayurvedic constitution) of the person we conduct online and offline detoxification programmes


Our detoxification retreat is planned employing the techniques of Ayurveda, Naturopathy and Yoga and are tailored according to the needs and the time available with the participant. with best results on the problems like sinus, foggy brain, bloating, constipation, repeated cold and coughs helps in aiding weight loss, acid refluxes, etc. With special attention to diet, we make sure to provide the body with the complete nutrients so that healing can be fastened up on a physical level and other healing therapies help you to detoxify yourself on a mental and emotional level. 


On needs to honestly mention about any past surgeries, injuries, past or ongoing medications, traumas, medical complications, etc.


The retreat is conducted for three, five, seven, fifteen, twenty one and twenty eight days, depending upon the time availability of the participant. The dates of the retreat are announced on the website accordingly.

  • 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM        - Hatha Yoga session 

  • 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM        - Ayurvedic Therapies

  • 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM      - Bath and Breakfast

  • 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM      - Rest/ Healing session (If required) 1:00 PM Lunch

  • 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM         - Therapies/ Cleansing

  • 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM         - Yoga Session 

  • 5:00 PM - 5:30 PM         - Evening Tea/ Refreshment

  • 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM         - Evening Walk/ Recreational activities

  • 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM         - Evening Prayers (participation is optional) 

  • 7:00 PM                             - Dinner 

  • 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM         - Discussions/ Activities



NOTE: At Anmol Alayam we observe fasting from grains on all Ekadashis (i.e. eleventh day of the lunar calendar)
