Stress/Anxiety /Depression

Stress has become a very common word today. stress is wrongly taken as showing how busy one is in life. but stress is not the real state of our being. Due to various physical, psychological and emotional reasons we get stressed which leads to anxiety and further takes us to depression. even in many cases, after years of medication and therapies, people are not able to recover from it. Stress comes from our physical environment, diseases, suppressed emotions and our mindset.

This retreat is designed for those who are suffering from stress, anxiety or depression and have worked out all possible things that they could. We work at the root cause as described in the Ayurveda and employing some specific cleansing and palliative therapies such as nasya (nasal administration), shirodhara, shirobasti, basti (therapeutic enema), etc.

This retreat is for the people who are willing to cure themselves and not just trying out things for a change. anyone with any severe medical complication needs to inform us prior and continue only after the concerned doctor's permission.

All the mental disorders are healed by the person himself/ herself, we here just facilitate the process by providing the right kind of environment and body's state. So, we do not guarantee a hundred percent cure but promise to do the best to help you recover from your problem.

The retreat is conducted for three, five, seven, fifteen, twenty one and twenty eight days, depending upon the time availability and problem of the participant. The dates of the retreat are announced on the website accordingly.
