Back Pain

​Back pain has become very common now a days  affecting the young  and the old alike. Back pain is triggered because of a number of reasons such as traveling a lot, standing or sitting for long hours,osteoporosis,  lifting heavy weights in the gym,bad lifestyle, poor body posture,etc.


​The workshop starts from 1st of September till 29th of September  Mondays to Fridays, 45 mins sessions. Along with the yoga sessions there will be personalised consultations conducted to work out the specific cause of bqvk pain
